Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? Pattern Pyramid

Greetings Everyone. By now you heard of the the Pattern Pyramid. This is something very wonderful that my fellow sewist had started last year. Just Google Pattern Pyramid to see what has been travelling the world.
When you receive the patterns you choose the ones you want to keep, add to the batch and then host your own Pattern Pyramid/Giveaway. Well, I became the lucky recipient of eight patterns.
Thank you, Lynne.  http://sewingcafewithlynne.blogspot.com/2013/01/the-pattern-pyramid-winner-is.html

I chose the ones I wanted to keep (4) but to really spice things up, I've added sixteen (yes, 16!)more to the pyramid. So, toss your name into the hat, share this info on your blogs and let's see where "Carmen Sandiego" ends up next.
Using a highly developed scientific method, I will choose a name next Friday, February 15th.

Buttons-part of the giveaway

My friend's grandfather used to be a tailor. She cleaned out the attic and gave my four large freezer bags of buttons. I am still sorting through them. She gave me the button filled cookie tin. I don't think I'll need to buy buttons for the rest of my life! The items to the left of the second photo are not studs! They're buttons! I am particular about the silver crested buttons. And I love the green crested ones. (first photo). They don't seem to be made from nickel, but sterling silver (last photo). I am having them checked out. Check out the motif on the silver button in the photo with the amber buttons. It looks like an Egyptian charioteer! Some of these will be part of the upcoming giveway.
