My friend also gave me these notions. Silk and cotton threads. Zips. Invisible ones! Snaps and needles. Look at the prices! While, I wouldn't use the thread in my machine, I think I can use them for handsewing. In the meantime, I think they look pretty in a Mason jar. BTW-I've got a trash bag full of serger thread to go through. What do I do with them?????

Serger thread? Won't you USE it?
Hi there. The thread is over thirty years old. It's so dry rotted that at a small tug, it snaps.
